To understand how we can be consistent, let’s take a look at what does consistency actually means. It is the act to be continually conforming to the set of principles; to be disciplined. Newton’s first law states that,

If a body is at rest or moving at a constant speed in a straight line, it will remain at rest or keep moving in a straight line at constant speed unless it is acted upon by an external force.

This statement affirms that we are already consistent in our current state. In actuality, the focus is not consistency per se, but to adopt a new consistency pattern based on our embark.

In the context of entrepreneurship, it is a constant struggle to have this new consistency. Now, there is a goal in mind. Therefore, a fresh, suitable set of actions is vital to achieving it.

We have to do the things we haven’t done before to achieve the things we have never had.

It is by no means, cutting ties with them, as they can be your long-time friends or colleagues. But spend more of your time with people that gives a positive vibe so you can have the drive you need.

Your mental and physical functions should be in optimal conditions to have your desired consistency. Naturally, you would need to eat well, have an exercise routine and a proper resting period to have a healthy mind and body.
